Terms of Service
1. Agency engagements
DigiFalx provides integrated creative, technology, media buying, public relations and live event production services under individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed with each client under UAE commercial regulations.
2. Sprints and deliverables
Fixed-scope sprints and monthly retainers are governed by milestone sign-offs. Revisions, turnaround times and client review windows are set out in each signed service agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Custom code, designs, films and campaign assets created by DigiFalx transfer to the client once all contract invoices are paid in full, subject to DigiFalx's standard right to show the work in its portfolio.
4. Permits and regulatory clearance
Where agreed in the SOW, DigiFalx obtains event licences, filming permits and outdoor advertising approvals required by UAE authorities. Clients remain responsible for the regulatory compliance of their own products and claims.
5. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dubai Courts or the DIFC Courts.
