Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Digifalx Digital Beginning LLP, we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and supporting them as much as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, requests may not be accepted if the project/service has already been initiated or assigned to our team/vendors.

  • Cancellation requests for digital deliverables (e.g., SEO services, website development, design, marketing strategies) will not be accepted once the execution process has begun.

  • For time-bound services (e.g., ad campaigns or marketing projects), cancellation is not permitted once the service has been scheduled or launched.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds may be provided only in the case of non-delivery of agreed services or if the delivered service is substantially different from what was agreed.

  • If any of our deliverables are found to be defective, incomplete, or not in accordance with the agreement, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial/full refund.

  • Refund requests related to third-party services (e.g., ad spends, hosting, domain) are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms/providers.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days and credited via the original method of payment.
