At Digifalx Digital Beginning LLP, we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and supporting them as much as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, requests may not be accepted if the project/service has already been initiated or assigned to our team/vendors.
Cancellation requests for digital deliverables (e.g., SEO services, website development, design, marketing strategies) will not be accepted once the execution process has begun.
For time-bound services (e.g., ad campaigns or marketing projects), cancellation is not permitted once the service has been scheduled or launched.
Refund Policy:
Refunds may be provided only in the case of non-delivery of agreed services or if the delivered service is substantially different from what was agreed.
If any of our deliverables are found to be defective, incomplete, or not in accordance with the agreement, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial/full refund.
Refund requests related to third-party services (e.g., ad spends, hosting, domain) are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms/providers.
Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days and credited via the original method of payment.
